What are your thoughts on more recent developments - the companies, Iraq, and KRG have been negotiating actively and the Iraqi PM in this article states they are amending the constitution to overcome some of the major remaining hurdles - https://www.rudaw.net/english/middleeast/iraq/141220232
And yet, share prices for DNO, Genel, GKP etc have not moved higher. Genel and DNO have even gone further down. I have a small position in those three but am considering buying more. Anything I am missing here?
